Great ice cream and they have some awesome original flavors. The ice cream is served in a way similar to Cold Stone, where they mix-in the toppings. Very creamy - they definitely use a high milk fat blend. You won’t regret trying their ice cream.

Hands down the best Ice cream place that isnt in the city of Philadelphia! I'd you're familiar with cold stone its similar but 10 times better. Do yourself a favor and try it!

Wide variety, fast friendly service, and more toppings than any person could eat. I like to get crazy with flavor combinations, and they take it as a personal challenge to make it happen. Highly recommended!

Flavors and ice cream consistency are great, and the cold stone style mix-ins are fun. They have a wonderful mix of classic and unique flavors - I crave the red velvet!

As of ice cream they are tasty and number of options to try out. Rest...long wait lines and waffle cones are made fresh there, yet not well done.

Cute little treat shop in the main street..! It does have flavors like creme stone nothing exotic, but the toppings are unlimited.! Liked salted caramel must give a try..!

When we first walked into this store we immediately noticed the dirty interior of the floors and countertops, even behind the counter. Before we got our order we noticed the individuals in front of us received completely melted ice cream in their cups. I received melted sorbet and my boyfriend received a milkshake that was the consistency of water, the wrong flavor, and tasted like sour dairy. When we checked out I asked for a receipt and it was crumbled up and kept behind the glass.

The peach ice cream was extremely soft and melted all over my hands, face and clothing. I spoke to the manager and all he could do was say he was sorry! Very poor customer service skills! This could of been an easy fix. I will not return nor will I ever recommend Maggie Moos to anyone.

Their Ice creams are so good. A small place packed with all kinds of Ice cream and an unlimited choice of toppings. Great for anyone. I love it.

They don't have the creation suggestions up on the wall anymore but the ice cream engineers were happy to help me make what was on my mind. The ice cream is delicious. I had them concoct a bananas foster that blew me away and sent me to a flavor destination I never wanted to return from.

Very clearly not a smoothie spot. Ice cream is ~pretty good. Whatever you do, don’t get a smoothie. Oily milkshake is all that comes to mind flavor wise.

We stopped in here for a school fundraiser. The service and selection was good, but I found the ice cream a little too sweet for my taste. My daughter, however, loved it.

We really enjoy the ice cream and variety of add ins at no additional cost that you can get . Our issue is the cleanliness of the location and how the food is handled especially right now with covid-19. Today when we visited all employees did have masks on however they did not use gloves or wash their hands between serving each customer . They also had the same people handling the cash register as who served the ice cream. From what we could see this person did not wash their hands after handling a credit card and then went back to serving food. There was also employees who did not have their hair properly pulled back and also had clothing items they were wearing such as sleeves or apron ties that kept touching the ice cream . The countertops were not kept clean and if you have allergies to foods I do not recommend it because of cross contamination. Please Maggie Moos clean up! We enjoy your product !

Still good cold-stone combined ice cream treats. Not a bad value. Great incentive for the kids you dragged around Exton.

Fantastic ice cream in a great area, right by Barnes & Noble and other nice places only a walking distance away. The staff are friendly, and their treats are absolutely delicious! I personally highly recommend the red velvet ice cream with brownie bites in it, but be forewarned - if it melts and drips it will get very messy very fast! Very worth it in my opinion though. Can't wait to go back in the summertime! :)

Good place for people with allergies

Soooo disappointing. Maggie Moos was my absolute favorite in Lancaster Pa so I was siked to see one here in the Downingtown area when we moved but THIS location is filthy. The counters, floors, metal cabinets that the ice cream sits in. I mean seriously the entire place needs to be shut down and cleaned. There is no excuse for this except for lazy owners. Period

Overpriced, order was incorrect, icecream had a skin;

One person was taking care of customers and another was chatting with her while she worked (and while I waited standing directly across from her at the counter). After about 3 minutes of chatting, she turned to stare at me. No greeting, just an annoyed stare. I ordered my stuff, she slopped it into a cup and put a lid on it, slapped it on the counter and walked away. Someone else rang me up. There was too much ice cream in it and the lid wasn’t on so it got all over the sides and lid. I wrapped it in a napkin and tried to get the lid on. I never did get a spoon. I wound up eating a little bit and throwing it away since I didn’t want it all over my car.

The rating is strictly for the service, which was quite poor the last two times we were there. The orders were wrong both times. Servers seem that they could use more training. Many were confused and weren't sure how to make the ice cream orders. Not sure we will be back.

This place is great. I went in to get some stuff for my coworkers and Kenny was a huge help and have me some creative ideas. And ice cream is amazing!

Awesome Ice Cream they give Cold Stone a run for their money. My favorite is Vanilla with oreos and peanut butter worth the drive.

Wonderful small local ice cream place. Tons of flavors and candy toppings. Decent prices. Delicious. Staff are great. There is a lone table inside to eat in, so either get it to go or eat standing up.

The best ice cream ever, the employees are really nice and friendly great summer activity. I highly recommend going here, brings friends, bring family

This ice cream spot is to die for. Be prepared to stand in a line as long as an hour but soooo worth the wait. Amazing ice cream with goodies gently massaged into it.

Ice cream is delicious! Poor service. Literally only 2 customers in the building, my boyfriend and myself. My boyfriend blatantly said “oh I know what I want, you go.”, I ordered mine. Was handed mine. My boyfriend on the other hand didn’t get the chance to. Because checking your phone and walking away was the proper thing to do. While we stood there dumbfounded. I’m even more dumbfounded at the managers response to my complaint. “Ok, what do you want me to do?”... way to ruin our Maggie moo experience. Good job. Your parents should be so proud of you excellent work ethic/customer service skills 👏🏻

This is the best ice cream shop in the area. Bar none. My grandkids beg to come here daily and I myself enjoy a scoop or two. The manager is also a very nice young woman. They massage toppings into the ice cream before putting it in a cup. I’ve never seen anything like that anywhere else. Just be prepared to wait. They always have a line out from 10 yards away from the door and sometimes even longer. It is definitely worth the wait though.

Completely disappointed! Went in and mentioned I needed 7 items. There was 3 girls at the counter ; they gave me 5 items and Moved on to 4 other clients. I had to say woo my child’s cone and was given attitude as they had to make it & didn’t even get chance to ask for last item, which by then I was furious. None had gotten sprinkles as requested. To add to my furry clients who came after and were behind me , telling me to move. NO 6 ft separation not even 3 for that matter, no direction. Complete disappointment.. solely giving 2 stars because the children like the taste of the ice cream.

I hope this can be seen by the owner . My family and I love Maggie Moo’s. Since the location changed, the ice cream is basically melting before we get it . We think this may be caused because the air conditioning is not cool enough but it may be something else . Hope this get fixed to keep enjoying our weekly ice cream

They have delicious icecream and my favorite flavor!!

I was just going to buy ice cream here but change mind. The worker who were scooping the ice cream has no gloves with dirty hands. When I asked her, she said she just washed her hand where you can literally see that she didn't because she just scooped someone's ice cream too. She gave me the ice cream which is liquid. I was disappointed and left. My first time here. Of all the things thats going around specially covid 19 I was expecting the workers are more aware of protecting public from any virus contamination by using gloves and sanitation.

My favorite ice cream store ever! The red velvet ice cream is amazing and I can’t find it at any other store. The variety of flavors they have is amazing. Also love mixing in brownie bits and other toppings. Their cookies are also amazing. Definitely would recommend!
